What happened to my document

I accidentally clicked "Edit File" and it zoomed in and seemed to change the
format of the document. I tried to "Zoom Out" bar at the bottom, but it didn't
work. I can't "Undo" it either. Please help. I'll attach a picture of what it
looks like.

I think you do not clicked "Edit File" but switched to "Web Layout". Go to menu
"View" and click on "Print Layout".
