Currently we have the features listed below for Openstack.  Need to have same support for vCloud.

- Ability to attach VM to more than one NIC
- Ability to assign fixed IPs to their corresponding NICs
- Ability to assign fixed MACs to their corresponding NICs
- Floating IP?
