[jira] [Created] (INFRA-12421) Download shows file as 108MB while actual size is only 34MB

SebastianWagner created INFRA-12421:
---------------------------------------

Summary: Download shows file as 108MB while actual size is only 34MB
                 Key: INFRA-12421
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-12421
             Project: Infrastructure
          Issue Type: Bug
          Components: Mirrors
         Environment: OSx + Chrome
            Reporter: SebastianWagner
            Priority: Critical

One of our packages shows when you download that it's 108MB while in reality the package is only 34MB.

See attached screen shot.

As such not a biggie, certainly not stopping any functionality. But if you think about it, users could start to question if the package they downloaded is the actual package that was distributed by the Apache Foundation or some malware. That's the only reason why I think this might be a P2, rather then a P3. But yeah, up to you guys to decide on that.
