### Task Summary
`SchemaPropagationResponse` is an orphaned HTTP response model — no resource returns it and no client reads it.

A repo-wide search for the name returns exactly one hit: the declaration itself. There is no `@Path` method with it as a return type, no Jackson subtype registration, and no mirroring interface in the frontend. The similarly-named `SchemaPropagationFunc` in `common/workflow-core` is unrelated and stays.
The file is a single five-line case class plus the licence header. Pure deletion, no behaviour change: −28 lines.
