Given that a single Apache server can easily host a dozen virtual hosts, I
think it would be much more useful to allow per-virtual host syslog ident tags.
 Modern syslogd implementations can filter these (they assume that the ident is
the program name).  And you don't have to allocate local0-local7, NNTP, and
UUCP all to Apache logs just to cover your virtual hosts.
