This package may have once been used to validate the framework around which output was guaranteed by a golden file.

With the removal of the gfsh parser last April ({{1fc0f0ca72705f5ea84ea67f0507bfcad515aacf}}), our golden-file testing has been removed.  This package is now trivial testing.

Additionally, {{geode-core/src/test/resources/org/apache/geode/management/internal/cli/commands/golden-help-offline.properties}} and {{[...]/golden-help-online.properties}} are no longer referenced and should be removed.
