[Issue 21728] Favorites bookmarks not available in Save As menu in Windows

Favorites bookmarks not available in Save As menu in Windows 
I could not replicate the bug on OO version 4.1.2, Build:9782, Rev. 1709699
with Windows 8.1.

1. Open OO Writer
2. Click File in top left corner
3. Click Save As.
4. The left side of the "Save-As" dialog box, contains the normal Windows
explorer dialog, with "Favorites" link enabled and working.

My results of this test confirm that the latest version of OO Writer is using
the file explorer integrated with Windows 8.1 and the issue has been resolved.

Attached is a picture of the "Save-as" dialog.
