Here's another one that's getting through:

Content-Type: application/octet-stream; name="Garry.com"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: base64
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Garry.com"

TVoAAAEAAAACAAAA//8AAEAAAAAAAAAAQAAAAAAAAAC0TM0hAA

I won't argue about what is or is not spam. I just want the test in 2.63 to
evaluate the presence of a Microsoft Executable file accurately.
