modules/core/clientapi/diclient/di_client.c uses MEP client API. We should be deprecating MEP client with the advent of op_client. Hence we should remove this dependancy.

modules/core/clientapi/diclient folder is altogether removed as this is no longer needed. Dynamic client implementation now uses service client interface.
