FixCRLF adds LF

           Summary: FixCRLF adds LF
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.6.2
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: tkellerer@mgm-edv.de

When "fixing" files with the FixCRLF task, a file which does not have an EOL
marker at all (e.g. one single line without EOL or EOF) the resulting file will
have an EOL marker.

The manual only talks about "replacing" existing EOL markers but not about
adding a marker if no marker is found. Either the documentation should be
updated, or the task itself should be modified to not add the EOL marker if none
was present in the original file
