[Axis2]Code Freeze for M2

Hi All;

The code base is freeze for M2, there is little improvements to be
done in the user guide
but expect for that the code base is set for M2.

Tentative release can be created with $maven dist-bin and $maven
dist-src. Those who can manage some time please gives us a hand by
trying the tentative src and bin distributions and giving feedback

Hi Srinath,

Comments about the produce binary distribution:

- top level directory should be axis2-m2-bin/<stuff> .. its missing a
parent dir like that

- axis2.war should be renamed axis2-m2.war (and then README.txt updated;
I edited it to clean it up a bit)

- M1 release notes appear in dist directory .. needs to go
