Is this the best pointer to the OOXML standard:

Hmm, it’s both an ISO standard as well as ECMA. I’m not sure which is the “right” version? It seems somewhat unfortunate that both standards bodies have the same standard… are they identical, or are there differences between the ISO and ECMA versions?

The ISO spec is listed at http://standards.iso.org/ittf/PubliclyAvailableStandards/index.html but in four separate links to the different parts (search for “29500”) alongside a large number of other documents. So apart from any potential differences the above link is better, since it’s a dedicated page.
