Documenting a path I tried and shouldn't have taken: wanted to make the NodeTypeManagerDelegate attached to the repository (so that it's bootstrap only happens once), changed internal name format to clark notation (because at that time I don't have access to the repo yet), but failed (because of the CND file using namespaces in the "internal" namespace which do not work in clark notation, when done properly).
