Board Report Due soon

It's Lucene's turn for a board report again.  Looks like the meeting  
is in mid Sept.

I believe the meeting is scheduled for the 23 as of now.  Report is  
due 2 days before.  I put on my calendar the 9th to try to finalize/ 
work on it.

What's the deadline for turning in a report?  This is an important review for
Lucy, and there are a few milestones I plan on clearing for it.
