When I enter QAxcf123 this way but in actual entry becomes Qaxcf123. This does
not happen when QAZcfg is entered. It happens only when first two are capital
letters and rest are not.

Disable the following option and the letter will not converted anymore:
Tools - AutoCorrect Options - Options - Correct TWo INitial CApitals
