IdentifyMimeType has options for users to configure custom mime types definitions.

These user defined definitions override the default tika mime type definitions.

Add option to allow custom mime type definitions to be in addition to the default tika mime type definitions.  

Users will be able to decide if custom definitions should be used instead of or in addition to default tika definitions.
