2. RTD builds are broken because they don't/can't use `make`
- builds are not *failing*, they merely don't include the new t3c
documentation because it's only constructed when built using `make`.
- It could probably be done with a macro
- A new branch on the ATC repo will need to be used for testing
3. Let's get back into issue grooming/labeling
