Tomcat Running as Service on NT gives an error in some cases

When I first boot up my server and tomcat runs as a service, it seems that
the pages that do db calls (select's it seems) give me the ol' response has
already been committed error.  So I stop the service then start it up from
the command line and it all works fine.

Any suggestions or anyone else facing this problem?
