keep-with-next

I have an fo:block as my table header. I need a way to avoid the header
being at the bottom of the page and the table at the top of the next page.

I realize that keep-with-next is broken. However, I found this patch:

http://archive.covalent.net/xml/fop-dev/2000/11/0024.xml

I tried the patch, but my results were no different. Is there any
workaround at all for this?

Thanks,

Brian

Posted by Keiron Liddle <ke...@aftexsw.com>.
Can you describe exactly what you want to do.

Why can't you simply use a table-header as the table header rather than a
block. The table header will automatically be kept with the body.

As for examples, look under docs/examples/tables (at least in the current
cvs) and you will find... examples.
