When starting and stopping streams quickly, the following exception is thrown:

java.lang.IllegalStateException: Incorrect state transition from PARTITIONS_REVOKED to NOT_RUNNING
    at org.apache.kafka.streams.processor.internals.StreamThread.setState(StreamThread.java:164)
    at org.apache.kafka.streams.processor.internals.StreamThread.shutdown(StreamThread.java:414)
    at org.apache.kafka.streams.processor.internals.StreamThread.run(StreamThread.java:366)
