FYI

The ICU build support for Xalan-C is based on the
Xerces-C 2.7/2.8 series.  The Xerces-C 3.x series
incorporated the ICU libraries and the newer integration
is not sufficiently tested for Xalan-C.

Any assistance to improve the integration and documentation
of ICU capabilities with Xalan-C XSLT  would be appreciated.
