Build problems this moring.

I just pulled down a completely fresh build, and I'm getting errors 
trying to build it this morning.  This is the error I get, which I'm 
getting on every build variation I've tried (m:build, m:rebuild-all, 
etc.).  Is this a problem with my setup somehow, or is the build 
actually broken?
