[jira] Commented: (IVY-65) Ivy does not work on Turkish machines
[ http://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IVY-65?page=comments#action_12454601 ]
Steve Loughran commented on IVY-65:
-----------------------------------
that's a common problem in Java code. the underlying issue is that in turkey, "I".toLower()!="i", it matches the i with a little hat on it.
All calls to .toLower() or equalsIgnoreCase() need to be found and be replaced by toLower(LOCALE_ENGLISH) operations
