Flume plugin build help

Hi,

I'm trying to build the sample helloworld and hbase plugins that come
with flume.

'mvn compile' says that the flume build is successful including plugins.
But I see that Maven doesn't create the plugin JARs. I think ant used
to produce the JAR before flume was mavenized. I appreciate any
pointers on how to build the JARs for plugins.
