When I run the GitHub migration script `UpdateSchemas for fixRunNameToText`, the following error message was logged.

the migration script should be executed without any error
### How to reproduce
set up the DevLake to run the migration script `UpdateSchemas for fixRunNameToText`, and make sure the table `_tool_github_runs` was not empty
