HBASE-16886.v4.master.patch for master branch.
HBASE-16886.v4.branch-1.patch for branch-1, branch-1.1, branch-1.2, branch-1.3
HBASE-16886.v4.0.98.patch for 0.98 branch.
Patch v4 refactor variables smallScanCallable to smallReversedScanCallable , according to [~zghaobac]'s advise.
