Build succeeded in Jenkins: Maven » Maven TLP » maven-site » master #33

Changes:

* add missing details, update CI link to new ci-builds.a.o
* update line reference of Maven conf in svnwcsub.conf
* add example of "link between main content and components reference doc"
* one additional little detail
* manual run in case of CI unavailable (like currently no website builder)
* multiple components.links files (one per directory)
* improve readability

No tests ran.
