StringBufferUtils impl -- was { [lang] StringUtils.split() funct ionality wrt separator repeats}

I intend to implement at least a few methods fo the proposed 
StringBuffer replacement for StringUtils. Waiting for a green
signal.

Also, if there are any priorities on which methods to implement
pls let me know.
