[jira] [Created] (YOKO-440) Provide a way to pass information needed for ssl sockets to the code that creates them.

David Jencks created YOKO-440:
---------------------------------

Summary: Provide a way to pass information needed for ssl sockets to the code that creates them.
                 Key: YOKO-440
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/YOKO-440
             Project: Yoko - CORBA Server
          Issue Type: Bug
      Security Level: public (Regular issues)
          Components: orb core
    Affects Versions: v1.1.0
            Reporter: David Jencks
            Assignee: David Jencks

The geronimo code used a hard to understand horrible hack to try to get the necessary information on ssl to the ConnectionHelper. This provides an extension so that arbitrary (string based) information can be passed through from the orb initialization parameters to the ExtendedConnectionHelper which can interpret them however desired.
