Improve the reporting of Unomi's version by adding: 
- build number
- build date
- timestamp
- scm branch

Also make it possible to register more server information for users extending Unomi. 

Expose all the new information through:
- Startup logs
- REST API (/cxs/privacy/info)

Also make it possible to customize/override the startup logo.
