The reason is that these code should be commented in the method "scaleImageInAllSize".
it located in the named "ScaleImage.java" file.
The code is that:
if (fileLocation.lastIndexOf('/') != -1) {
            fileLocation = fileLocation.substring(0, fileLocation.lastIndexOf('/') + 1); // adding 1 to include the trailing slash
        }
