Summary: No transcoder hint for turning on/off anti-aliasing in
ImageTranscoder
Product: Batik
Version: 1.6
Platform: Other
OS/Version: other
Status: NEW
Severity: normal
Priority: P2
Component: Utilities
AssignedTo: batik-dev@xmlgraphics.apache.org
ReportedBy: steveshaw@ca.ibm.com
Should be a setable key to allow toggling on or off the anti-aliasing during render to the BufferedImage.
i.e.
public static final TranscodingHints.Key KEY_ANTI_ALIASING
= new BooleanKey();
Then when initializing the StaticRenderer do something like:
boolean antialias = true;
if (hints.containsKey(KEY_ANTI_ALIASING)) {
antialias = ((Boolean)hints.get(KEY_ANTI_ALIASING)).booleanValue();
}
RenderingHints renderHints = renderer.getRenderingHints();
renderHints.put(RenderingHints.KEY_ANTIALIASING,
antialias ? RenderingHints.VALUE_ANTIALIAS_ON :
RenderingHints.VALUE_ANTIALIAS_OFF);
renderer.setRenderingHints(renderHints);
