Apache spins out of control

Hi, I'm using Apache version 2.0.39 on Win2K Pro to service SOAP requests
from several machines on a local LAN. Earlier today, Apache spun out of
control and I had to restart the service. Here is some of error.log file.
Has anyone had a problem with Apache blowing up like this and do you have
any suggestions on what to look at? I'm increasing the log level and trying
to reproduce it again now.
