[PR] NIFI-15032 Add Key Pair Authentication to Snowflake Connection Pool [nifi]

   [NIFI-15032](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15032) Adds support for [Key Pair Authentication](https://docs.snowflake.com/en/user-guide/key-pair-auth) to the `SnowflakeComputingConnectionPool` using an optional `PrivateKeyService`. Support for Key Pair Authentication aligns with existing support implemented in the Snowflake Ingest Manager Service.
   
   The implementation configures the private key by encoding the key material using Base64 and setting the appropriate connection property for the Snowflake JDBC Driver.

   > It'd be nice to add an authentication strategy property to show/hide the corresponding properties and make the configuration easier but that could be a follow up improvement. Thanks for the addition @exceptionfactory
   
   Thanks @pvillard31, I was thinking the same thing. I will look at adding an authentication strategy property.
