The new annotations feature is only working for public methods.  Section 5.2.3
of the JEE spec says that you can annotate members with any access modifier. 
The problem is that AnnotationProcessor calls IntrospectionUtils.findMethods().
 findMethods() uses Class.getMethods() which only returns public methods.
