lenya 1.2.3 release
i just noticed that we are behind with the 1.2.3 release:

i suggest we freze in the next couple days.

agreed. i had planned to port it during the 1.2.3-dev time frame, but i
haven't managed to do so.

don't worry, there will be a 1.2.4 ;-)
I think we should stick to our release plan resp. doing releases on a
regular basis.

Or we could just backport the menus I created in 1.4 to 1.2.3 and make
the menus work better in xhtml. hint hint... :)
