MX1 server queue mail

I have a problem with my MX1 mail server running sendmail. Some mails are
being queued for days eg.

[root@mx1 ~]# more /var/log/maillog |grep kAS91uVl019923

This mail is supposed to relayed to my main mail server. How did solve this
problem?
