Providing patches and Licensing

I was looking into BLUESKY-2 and noticed couple things :

   - When attaching patches or additions, make sure you select the
radio button that says "Grant license to ASF for inclusion in ASF
works (as per the Apache License §5)". Files and patches without that
should not be included to the project.

   - When providing patches, best practice is to provide a diff which
allows others to see what has been changed much more easily. A patch
can be done via svn diff.
