OpenMeetings and SWFTools
OpenMeetings uses SWFTools.
However, the linux distribution I'm using is planning to remove the swftools v.0.9.1 package for the following reasons:
# Bundles some libraries, has an overflow, installs broken symlinks, security issues.
Will OpenMeetings keep using SWFTools in the future?
Thanks,
Vieri

I would recommend compiling SWFTools from source as most distro's don't
have the version 0.9.1 or only in the experimental tree.

On the shot run: Yes it will
On the long run: There might be a replacement using other tools that can natively convert to SWF.
I think one reason is also that it seems like there is no development
any more. However for what it was designed once it still works pretty
well.
Which linux distribution are you using?
