Description: With [KAFKA-4480|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/KAFKA-4480], the {{kafka-configs}} command was improved to log an error in case some of the user provided configs for removal do not exist. To make this command safer in case of such user errors it was suggested by [~ijuma] to fail the command rather than just logging an error; and have the user retry the command with correct config names.
