    Description: PipelinedDataPreloader is currently hard coded in DefaultGuiceModule. It should use @ImplementedBy as is the pattern with other implementations.  (was: PipelinedDataPreloader.getSocialUri() is private. I'd like to use the behavior of PipelinedDataPreloader but change slightly how getSocialUri() works. I need additional parameters in the URL. So, make getSocialUri() protected.)
