Raminderjeet Singh resolved AIRAVATA-833.
-----------------------------------------

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: 0.8

Fixed output handling. There are lot of problems like reading stdout file for each variable, unhanded types, large stdout files etc. I fixed it best according to current design and will start a mail thread with the problems to get this fixed for 0.8.

> GridFTPOutputHandler read output variables only from stdout and not able to download output if it exists in outputData folder and assign it to output variable with URI type. It will pick 1st file in the directory by default. We need to extend the Gfac service schema for user to provide filename or regex to pick from output folder.
