JSP about tld error message




Jsp  add under     

<%@ taglib uri="/WEB-INF/struts-html.tld" prefix="html" %>


error message

org.apache.jasper.JasperException: Unable to open taglibrary /WEB-INF/struts-html.tld : Parse Error in the tag library descriptor: com.sun.xml.parser/V-005 web-app


server is  tomcat
