User A: is working on an UpdateAttribute Advanced UI Rule
User B: moves the component
User A: is unable to save their work due to the following error:

`Invalid Revision was given for component with ID 'null'`

The advanced UI should be more helpful in this use-case. Perhaps by either allowing the Rule save to continue or giving a more helpful error message.
