missing tagnames except for <project> tag

when using Ant-Antidote to create targets or tasks tags the tagname is not 
written to the file, attribute names are ok.
There is one exception to this symptomes of this bug: the project tag. This is 
written to the file as it should be.

I hope someone can squash this bug!
