Try this customization for the same name schema element  :

<xs:complexType name="USAddress">
<xs:annotation> <xs:appinfo>
<jaxb:class name="MyAddress" />
</xs:appinfo></xs:annotation>
<xs:sequence>...</xs:sequence>
</xs:complexType>

Do not forget to put the namespace prefix  xmlns:jaxb= xmlns:jxb="http://java.sun.com/xml/ns/jaxb" in your wsdl
