Hi Amit, 

I believe this requires submitting a job to a remote cluster programmatically.

Will it be possible to prioritize this (and possible related issue https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/BEAM-1603) ? We are starting to write some performance tests for file I/O and it's great if we can run them on SparkRunner.
