[Issue 127052] Register window (like on first install/start) is shown again

Hi,

As I stated, the issue is not visible always, as OO is used every day and it is
shown one in a month or so..

The PC's are on the internal network.

Newer OO has an issue with RTF2PDF conversion, so we left with 3.3.

I didn't saw profile problem, as all other works fine, and found no issues in
event viewer.
