[PlanetCocoon] A first todo list

Hi,

I've just published a first todo list for the next great workings at
hand on Planet Cocoon (http://www.planetcocoon.com/node/1976) and that
we have to finish before we can get a documentation platform and
running. Of course this doesn't take into account the small ideas that
have already been published and all the ones to come and for which you
are also greatly encouraged to give us feedback.
