Hi Dirk, 

A thumbnail preview is exactly what I'm after, and the workaround I've been using for PlainVanilla described in my last comment actually worked pretty well for this: a nice in-line thumbnail preview (also very handy for printing) and clicking on the ">>" icon opens the lightbox with the full-size image. If you enable PlainVanilla and try it out with the markup I've been using you'll see what I mean. Something which recreates this for HADDOCK would be ideal.

I'll open a new issue with further details as an improvement as you've suggested.
